Refund policy
All returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the product. Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have elapsed since the receipt, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
To qualify for a return, the items must be in their original, unused, and uninstalled condition, complete with all original components and packaging. WLF will assess the product upon return to ensure it meets these criteria.
Please note that fixtures that have been installed or modified in any way are not eligible for a refund.
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom ordered items
- Made-to-order items
- Final sale showroom displays and closeouts
- Open box items
- Overstock items
- Large orders (single fixtures over $5,000 or orders totaling over $5,000 for multiple quantities of the same fixture)
- Holiday décor once the current calendar year holiday has passed.
Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
For eligible items returned in brand-new condition in their original packaging, we can issue a full in-store credit.
Please be aware that the customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. You can either ship the item back to our Savannah, GA warehouse or deliver it directly to our showroom.
If you prefer not to receive in-store credit for your return, a 20% return shipping fee applies to all eligible special-ordered items that are returned in brand-new condition in their original packaging for an immediate refund via your chosen payment method. This fee covers our shipping and handling expenses for returning the product to the manufacturer.
Items originally sold from WLF's stock are eligible for a full refund if they are in their original packaging. Please note that some items listed as "in stock" on our website are actually located in the manufacturer's warehouse stock. This means that the product is available and will be shipped to you promptly, but it is not in our Savannah, GA warehouse. Feel free to call or email the store at any time to check if an item is in our local warehouse inventory.
All fixtures come with a one-year manufacturer's warranty against defects from the date of purchase. Some fixtures and LED lamps may have extended warranties. If you receive a defective item, please notify WLF immediately, and we will provide you with a no-charge replacement for that same item as long as it is within the warranty period. Please note that manufacturer's warranties cover fixtures and fans, but they do not cover any labor or shipping costs incurred due to defective items.
Orders that are canceled before the product is shipped from the manufacturer do not incur any penalty fees.
